Chergash is a Vlax dialect that is spoken mostly in Serbia. It has the greatest use in Vojvodina, northern Serbia. By heritage, most Chergari are (Serbian) Orthodox. The language is also known as Vojvodin Romani, Serbian Romani, or Shiyak. The translation is simple to understand because it is written in the way the people speak.
The Digital Bible Society (DBS) exists to make Scripture freely available in every language and format. We partner with Bible translators, publishers, and technology providers to ensure God's Word reaches everyone.
